What to write about
- A wrong price. Prices move constantly. If the number in a guide no longer matches the listing, tell us and we will update it.
- A broken link. Include the page address so we can find it quickly.
- A product we should stop recommending. If something has been discontinued or changed badly, we want to know.
- A topic you want covered. Reader requests go on a list that we work through.
- Anything that reads wrong. If a guide says something untrue, that is the most useful email we can get.
How we handle reports
Every message is read. Corrections go into the article itself rather than a comment thread, so the next reader gets the fixed version. When a price or a link is wrong, we re-check the listing before changing the text.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell products, handle orders, or manage deliveries - those go through the retailer. We also cannot give one-to-one buying advice by email; for a question about a specific product, the FAQ at the end of the relevant guide is usually the fastest answer.
Response time
We read every message and reply as soon as we can - usually within a few days. This is a small operation, so thank you for your patience.
